In 2002 the original owner dissolved the company and terminated all franchises. In 2003 after obtaining the Trademark for Halo Candle Company from the Patent and Trademark Office, Bill and Raquel Lewis took control and began rebuilding Halo Candle Company.

Currently, Halo Candle Company has franchises in: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Tacoma, Washington; St. Charles, Missouri; Vichy, Missouri; and Ottawa, Kansas.
