 Halo Candle Company was formed in November 1996 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in 1998. Bill and Raquel Lewis acquired franchise #23 in 1999.
In 2002 the original owner dissolved the company and terminated all franchises. In 2003 after obtaining the Trademark for Halo Candle Company from the Patent and Trademark Office, Bill & Raquel Lewis took control and began rebuilding Halo Candle Company.
Halo Candle Company’s main store is located in St. James, Missouri. Currently, Halo Candle Company has outlets in: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; St. Charles, Missouri; Vichy, Missouri; Raeford, North Carolina, Ekron, Kentucky, and Ottawa, Kansas.
